What this form collects

We collect the parent or guardian’s name and email, the child’s age, city or ZIP code, an optional description of their interest in singing, and whether the parent requests future marketing updates. We also record when the request was made, its source and this notice version.

This form is for adults. Please do not include a child’s full name, school, health information, photos or other sensitive records.

How we use it

WOW uses these details to respond to your request, understand interest in the planned cohort and discuss whether the program fits your family. Joining does not enroll your child or reserve a place. Future promotional emails require your separate optional choice.

Who can access it

Interest records are stored using our website hosting and database providers and are available to the authorized business owner. This site does not display submissions publicly or sell family data. The site uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and advertising performance. The base Pixel may share page URLs, browser and device information with Meta; we do not add enrollment or RSVP responses to its event payload. We share your email address with Brevo to manage the W.O.W Spotlight interest list. Your separate choice about future marketing updates remains recorded in our website database.

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional. Any future marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe. Unconverted interest records are scheduled for deletion after twelve months without engagement, unless a legal retention requirement applies.

For access, correction or deletion requests, email team@mywowacademy.com from the address you used on the form. We will verify the request before changing or releasing records.
